We will remind that at the Agro-2018 exhibition in Kyiv TITAN MACHINERY Company presented some machinery of a new segment. We are talking about construction equipment named CASE Construction. WL821 wheel loader, 695ST backhoe loader and the CX18 mini excavator were shown then.
However, this was only the first visible step of TITAN MACHINERY in returning CASE Construction equipment to the Ukrainian market. And the next one didn’t make anybody wait: on November 8 the first CASE machinery service centre in Ukraine was opened.
Importance of the event for the Ukrainian market as well as both participating companies was emphasized by the representative delegation: the event was attended (and actively participated in) by Jose Quadrado, CASE CE Vice President in EMEA region, Christian Mitterdorfer, TITAN MACHINERY Vice President in Europe, Yurii Alatortsev, General Director of TITAN MACHINERY UKRAINE, and many guests from Europe and America were present, too.
“Both companies i.e. CASE CE and Titan Machinery have been working on the entry of CASE equipment into the Ukrainian market for two years. And the most important factor in the plan was not only to establish sales of equipment, but also to provide quality service”, said Jose Quadrado.
“CASE CE’s philosophy is based on three pillars – products, service and a partner network of dealers. Any partner shall share the Company’s values and mission, and this is the partner they have now found themselves in TITAN MACHINERY UKRAINE”, added Mr. Quadrado.
Among the equipment there are turret for repairing the engine and gearbox, presses and much other specialized equipment.
Christian Mitterdorfer noted that the company paid great attention to staff training. And they managed to gather a team of high-class specialists who also underwent training and advanced training for the service centre in Lviv.
And the experience of working in TITAN MACHINERY with CASE and CASE IH is not small: the company represents equipment in Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia (of course, not counting more than 100 offices on the North American continent).
According to Yurii Alatortsev, General Director of TITAN MACHINERY UKRAINE, the first but not the last CASE Construction centre in Ukraine was opened in Lviv. New centres will be opened in Odesa and Dnipro very soon. In general, some centres will open in many regions of Ukraine. As for the availability of spare parts, today TITAN MACHINERY has 16 warehouses with more than 14,000 items.
The company plans to sell at least 50 units of CASE construction equipment in 2019. This will be facilitated by both brand promotion events in Ukraine and exclusive funding programs.
