The Case IH 2100 corn headers line is extremely well suited for fast and efficient corn harvesting. This is provided by a number of key benefits.
It is very easy to adjust the harvester depending on the thickness of the cobs and the amount of green mass of the stems: for this purpose it is necessary to hydraulically adjust the gap between the tear-off plates directly from the combine cabin. Use of knives on stretching rollers provides reliable capture and fast stretching of corn stalks.
Hoods are dividers fabricated of light but very strong plastic that will never fail due to corrosion. An active auger divider ensures good separation and feeding of corn from the edge to the middle of the harvester. The bladed stem shredders leave only small particles in the field for each row which decompose well and do not create any obstacles during the next sowing. Each of the shredders can be switched off separately.
