TITAN MACHINERY Company traditionally took part in the Battle of the Agrarian titans which took place on September 4 to 5 in Kyiv region.
In the course of the demonstrations the guests observed functioning of a CASE IH Quadtrac 500 caterpillar tractor with Ecolo Tiger 875 deep cultivator and a Magnum 380 CVT tractor with a Case IH True-Tandem 335 disc harrow.
Case IH Quadtrac 500 is an extremely heavy-duty tractor equipped with a unique caterpillar system. The Quadtrac system uses four independent tracked motors that provide unsurpassed traction, smoothness and versatility.
The Ecolo Tiger 875 deep cultivator has an independent hydraulic control of the X-shaped disk frame which provides flexibility of adjustments depending on the sizes and density of crop residues irrespective of the established depth of processing of the feet. The disks with a diameter of 610 mm have a thickness of 6.4 mm and are located at a distance of 380 mm from each other. The discs are mounted on individual C-shaped spring struts, so they are less susceptible to damage from impact against hard obstacles.
CASE IH Magnum Rowtrac 380 CVT is equipped with a 8.7-liter engine with 380 horsepower and a reliable Full PowerShift semi-automatic transmission, which in combination with an unsurpassed level of comfort brings this tractor to whole new level.
The True-Tandem 335 VT disc harrow is used for shallow processing (up to 10 cm), crushing and mixing of lumps, and levelling of the terrain. The unit quickly grinds and evenly distributes heavy and solid crop residues, and cultivates and levels the soil thus creating the best conditions for sowing.
In addition, TITAN MACHINERY specialists demonstrated a CASE IH Axial-Flow 9240 combine harvester with a Case IH 2112 corn harvester. This model is equipped with the FPT Cursor 16 (Tier II) engine with a volume of 15.9 litres and a capacity of 634 hp.
Also, visitors of our booth got acquainted with CASE IH Farmall JX 110, Maxxum 125 and Magnum 340 tractors and FAST 8218 applicator for introduction of liquid fertilizers on the caterpillar course.
